Here is Judy lighting yet another candle for Cheryl. What I am wondering is what Cheryl has done that needs a candle lit at every church across Europe?

We continued on to the St. Germaine area where we strolled through cobble stoned streets and little shops. Judy was determined to find Le Loir dans la Theiere; a little cafe she had heard about that served the most decadent desserts, namely lemon meringue pie. After the end of a long walk we turned the corner to see a line up in front of an small unassuming building. The dark cozy interior, looked like a flea market with a mishmash of beat up old fashion couches and tables and the walls covered with old posters. We shared a lentil salad and a piece of that amazing lemon meringue pie.

Good to the last bite!!
This is where we parted company from our two other amazing companions, Adrienne and Judy (Blanche). So for the next week it is Janice and Bella (aka Judy).
We arrived at the Best Western CDG to find the first bathtub in 3 weeks. After a delicious bowl of French onion soup and faux gras with figs and the obligatory half liter of wine for Janice, we headed to bed to dream of Roma; our next chapter.
